R.M. EARL - Dr.

Dr. J. R. Duncan is in receipt of the news of the death of his brother-in-law. Dr. R. M. Earl, which occurred very suddenly last week at his home in Hallowell, Kansas. He died upon the same day that another brother-in law of Dr Duncan's died in Ohio. Dr. Earl formerly resided in this county and will be remembered by many of our citizens He represented the county in the legislature, being elected in '54. He practiced at Waynetown and Wingate and had a wide acquaintance during his residence here. He was nominated for the legislature by no less a personage than Henry S. Lane. - thanks to Kim H
